Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Ireland
Responsibilities
  - Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
- Support project managers in tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting notes, and progress updates.
- Assist in managing project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Help organize team meetings, gather requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines under the supervision of senior project staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
About You
Requirements:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within IT or technology environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes is a plus.
