About the Opportunity

Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

Location: Ireland

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting notes, and progress updates.
  • Assist in managing project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Help organize team meetings, gather requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines under the supervision of senior project staff.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within IT or technology environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes is a plus.
