Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle — feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Take ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee technical design reviews and ensure constructability, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders — strengthening relationships and trust.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including programs, cost plans, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM and Irish construction regulations.
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that supports growth and knowledge sharing.

About You

Your expertise and leadership will help us deliver meaningful infrastructure solutions while enhancing Jacobs’ reputation and delivery capability across Ireland.

Eligibility

Here's what you'll need:

  • Proven experience managing water, wastewater, flood management, or environmental protection projects — ideally within Ireland’s infrastructure landscape.
  • Strong technical coordination skills, especially in design and/or Design & Build delivery models.
  • Professional credentials such as APM Project Management Qualification, or membership with ICE, Engineers Ireland, or an equivalent institution.
  • Knowledge of compliance with CDM and / or Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, along with all other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
  • Confidence with project management tools and processes, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
