Senior Project Manager – CAPEX Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of CAPEX projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, EHS, Quality, and Operations.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project documentation aligns with regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Present project updates, performance metrics, and cost reports to senior management.
• Drive operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 10–15 years of experience in CAPEX project management within industrial, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors.
• Proven record of managing complex infrastructure or equipment projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GMP, ISO, FDA preferred).
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
