Project Manager, R&D

Role: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan
  • Engage with project stakeholders to define and refine project scope
  • Develop and manage the project Gantt chart
  • Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish and maintain project budget
  • Contribute to the Procurement Management Plan
  • Estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources
  • Create and execute a communications management plan
  • Drive results in support of business goals
  • Influence others without direct authority
  • Keep the customer at the core of all decisions and actions

Eligibility

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of work experience required in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

  • New product development experience
