About the Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a freelance Project Manager to support the deployment of a Global Expense Management Solution (Concur or similar). This is a remote role with flexible hours and cross-border collaboration.

Remote | Start: ASAP | Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Responsibilities

  • Lead global/multi-country rollout of Concur or similar tools
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and external implementation partners
  • Support SAP integration and process alignment
  • Work closely with multicultural teams across time zones

Requirements

3–10 years of project management experience

Background in IT and Finance development

Experience with Concur or similar expense systems

Freelance/contractor profile required

Soft Skills

Persistent, proactive mindset

Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours (some overlap with US time zones)
