Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple projects
• Manage a team of direct reports
• Define project scope & objectives
• Create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule
• Measure project performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Relationship management and business development
• Client management

Requirements

• 3rd Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction
• Track record in delivering significant projects effectively
• Experience in generating new business opportunities
• Previous exposure to managing teams
• Prioritize meeting the client’s needs
• Understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationships
