Project Manager

About the Opportunity

BnM has the need for a Project Manager to support the planning, delivery, and commercial management of renewable energy projects, grid infrastructure, battery storage systems, and grid supporting technology solutions.

This role involves working on a strategic grid plan to connect diverse projects to the electricity transmission grid efficiently, unlocking commercial value and opportunities for the organization.

The Project Manager will bridge technical, commercial, and project delivery functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company strategy.

This is a development role suitable for professionals looking to build a career in renewable energy project management, infrastructure delivery, and emerging energy technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of renewable energy infrastructure projects
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and risk registers
• Assist in commercial and financial management activities
• Support the delivery of grid connection infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Third level degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, infrastructure delivery, or commercial support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous
• Exposure to energy infrastructure and interest in energy technology
• Knowledge of project management methodologies beneficial
