Responsibilities
  - Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing projects and plans in line with brand strategy.
 
  - Organize and manage store opening events and related promotional activities.
 
  - Collaborate with internal teams (product, retail, logistics, design, IT) and external partners (media, agencies, suppliers).
 
  - Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, media).
 
  - Provide marketing support to enhance sales efforts and achieve business targets.
 
  - Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, preparing regular reports for the Head of Marketing.
 
  - Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
 
  - Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
 
  - Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
 
About You
Key Attributes & Requirements
  - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
 
  - 3–4 years of marketing or retail project management experience (campaigns, events, budget, reporting).
 
  - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
 
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in editing and reporting.
 
  - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, and design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar presentation design software).
 
  - Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) is an advantage.
 
  - Creativity and an eye for design when preparing presentations and marketing materials.
 
  - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
 
  - Languages: English (required); Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Hungarian or Polish is an advantage.
 
  - Driving licence, active driver.
