Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards
• Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas
• Oversee project management from inception to post-completion for external clients
• Manage project budgets and ensure operations meet compliance obligations
• Develop team members to reach their full potential
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and manage programs

About You

You will possess advanced technical expertise in health and safety rules, have extensive project management experience, strong commercial acumen, and experience managing diverse teams. Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent is required.
