Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Transport Policy, Logistics, International Development, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in international project management, ideally within EU-funded or donor-funded programmes. Proven experience coordinating multi-country capacity-building or policy reform projects in the transport or logistics sector. Familiarity with road transport governance, training and certification systems, trade facilitation, or sustainable mobility. Experience working with public-private partnerships (PPPs) and industry associations is highly desirable.
