The Project Coordinator / Business Engagement Consultant plays a critical role in driving structured, effective engagement between the business and the S/4HANA program as it transitions from foundation design to deployment, starting with Poland. This role ensures senior stakeholders are well engaged, aligned, and supported through high-quality coordination, preparation, and follow-through. The role is 100% dedicated to shaping and executing the business engagement strategy, working across multiple functional streams and ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability throughout the program. There is occasional overseas travel with this role.
Strong background in consulting, program coordination, or business engagement roles. Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and facilitating structured discussions. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline. Able to synthesize complex, cross-functional topics into clear agendas, materials, and action plans. Confident working across large transformation programs, ideally with ERP or S/4HANA exposure.
