About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Project Coordinator? Join a leading medical device company on a permanent contract and drive excellence in regulated manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to translate customer requirements into actionable project and capacity plans.
- Coordinate and schedule project tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing planners and the quality team to align on production readiness and documentation.
- Monitor and track WIP (Work-In-Progress), raw materials, tooling, and finished goods to support efficient inventory control.
- Analyse resource availability and equipment capacity to identify and resolve constraints.
- Support project costing, quoting, and budgeting activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and project delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, ERP/MRP systems).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role with strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
