Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, the direct supervision of the Head of the Integration Unit, the Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation of programme activities supporting Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in Ireland.
This role will directly manage a team of four caseworkers and two senior associates, overseeing the delivery of processes related to the transition of BOTP’s into transitional accommodation settings across Ireland. The position will also provide oversight of additional programme workstreams to ensure alignment and effective use of synergies. The role will include other programme-related responsibilities as required.
Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience. School diploma with seven years relevant professional experience or;

For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian would be an asset, along with any other official IOM language.
IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
