Full Time
PJD Group is recruiting a full-time Project Administrator to support live residential housing developments across Ireland. This is an excellent entry-level role with full training provided — no construction experience required.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Assist with scheduling, programming, and project planning
- Support tracking of project budgets, timelines, and progress
- Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and project administration
- Support health & safety compliance
- Provide general project support and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed
About You
What They’re Looking For:
- Motivated, proactive, and organised
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using tech tools (Email, Excel, apps)
- Fast learner with initiative
- No experience required — full training provided
