About the Opportunity
Job Title: Project Coordinator (e-Learning & Training)
Reports to: Careers & Employment Programme Coordinator
Location: Project based in Dublin 12. Hybrid working with travel across the city to various day Service locations
Working Hours: 24 hrs per week, 3 days working week, across the week. You will need to be flexible in working days and times to accommodate to the working life of the people supported by the project.
Salary: €34,000.00 per annum
Contract Type: Part-Time/Fixed Term/Specific Purpose to December 2027
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the timeline, resources, and deliverables for the Employability Through Technology project.
- Communicate project updates to scheduled progress to key stakeholders and team members.
- Coordinate content development by working with the Careers & Employment team and procuring and coordinating the services of expert design/subject matter contractors.
- Ensure consistency in course design, branding, and user experience across the organisations Learning Management System (LMS).
- Training and supports WALKs Careers & Employment and Day Supports staff to deliver the modules, when developed, will be key to the success of the project.
- Track and report on project performance, including timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
- Troubleshoot minor technical or content-related issues in the LMS.
- Always uphold participant and organisational confidentiality.
About You
Essential:
- Good English - written and verbal
- Recognised professional qualification in training/teaching, content development and/or Learning Management Systems and educated to degree level
- Full, clean driving license and access to own car (Desirable)
- Previous experience of developing e-learning content
- Previous experience training others to deliver content to young adults with disabilities (Desirable)
