Technical Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

PFH Technology is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join their Team.

Location: Cork

Contract: 12-month contract with expectation of extension

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates knowledge database of known issues and the actions to allow their resolution to support effective problem resolution.
  • Manages ticket allocation within the team.
  • Reports on SLA compliance.
  • Analyses ticket volume and issues to identify underlying issues and proposes mitigation strategy.
  • Ability to organise work schedules and plan project work.
  • Ensures delivery of Level 1 support and that tickets are referred to the relevant third parties (e.g. Field Engineers or Level 2 Technical resources, etc.) where the request cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk group.

Education:

  • Azure Boards Knowledge (DevOps)
  • Cloud Foundational Knowledge (AZ-900)
