About the Opportunity

PFH Technology is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join their team.

12-month contract with expectation of extension

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work alongside a busy Helpdesk to plan and coordinate project work. This person will have a good understanding of technology, including cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates knowledge database of known issues and the actions to allow their resolution to support effective problem resolution.
• Manages ticket allocation within the team.
• Reports on SLA compliance.
• Analyses ticket volume and issues to identify underlying issues and proposes mitigation strategy.
• Ability to organize work schedules and plan project work.
• Ensures delivery of Level 1 support and that tickets are referred to the relevant third parties (e.g. Field Engineers or Level 2 Technical resources, etc.) where the request cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk group.
