Deployment Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of various technical and business projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point for technical and business led projects
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Manage full project life cycle from scoping to post-implementation support
  • Own and manage project governance including detailed plans, risk management, and reporting
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Conduct business impact assessments and communicate project briefings
  • Manage changes in project scope, resources, and timing
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Support the Deployment team with reporting tasks

About You

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) is an advantage
  • Experience in third party/supplier management
  • Ability to produce high quality project documentation
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
