Project Administrator

About the Opportunity

Our client is a long-established specialist in the design, manufacture, and installation of premium window and door systems, supplying major residential and commercial developments across Ireland. They are seeking a Project Administrator with proficient AutoCAD skills to join their expanding operations team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify aluminium detail drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review site measurements and verify data for design and fabrication.
• Support procurement by managing purchase orders, quotations, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and warehouse collections.
• Manage and version-control drawings, specifications, and project files.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and documentation for client updates.
• Track progress against timelines and budgets, flagging potential issues early.
• Maintain Health & Safety records (RAMS) and other compliance documents.
• Use Fieldview or similar systems to upload drawings, log snags, and monitor project progress.

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable AutoCAD experience within construction, manufacturing, or engineering. Excellent organisational, document control, and coordination skills are required. Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, project-focused setting are essential.
