Role Overview
Join our client as a Programme Coordinator and play a crucial role in the execution of the Master Technical Submittal programme. This position will involve coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of tracking data, and driving timely follow-ups to facilitate an expedited programme timeline. Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Own and maintain the Master Technical Submittal tracker, primarily using Excel. Ensure that tracking data is accurate, up-to-date, and clearly reflects the current status, gaps, and necessary follow-ups.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive timely responses and deliverables. Your communication skills will be key to building effective relationships.
- Coordination Across Teams: Collaborate with multiple teams and suppliers, ensuring clear ownership and deadlines are established. Your ability to coordinate will be essential in keeping the programme on track.
- Meeting Participation: Participate in and support programme meetings by providing updates and preparing necessary materials. Your organisational skills will help ensure meetings run smoothly.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare and update PowerPoint content for meetings and reviews. Your attention to detail will help present information clearly and effectively.
- Remote Collaboration: Utilize Microsoft Teams for collaboration and support planning and visibility activities using MS Project. Work proactively and independently in a remote environment to achieve programme goals.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and MS Project.
- Strong coordination and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and follow-up.
- Ability to track data accuracy and maintain detailed records.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
