Project Director - Data Centre

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Our client is lead contractors with full project scope: civil, structural, and architectural works, including, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) fit-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall delivery of the data centre project from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

About You
