This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various crafting projects, coordinating with clients for customized designs, managing order schedules, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also maintain communication with stakeholders, assist with tracking project progress, and provide general administrative support to streamline operations.
Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Strong communication and client relationship management skills to coordinate customized orders and maintain customer satisfaction. Administrative skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and proficiency in basic digital tools (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets). Creative thinking and an interest in arts, crafts, and customized design solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment. Experience in a similar role or in the crafting industry is a plus.
