About the Opportunity
We are supporting our technology client based in Brisbane CBD in search of a Project Administrator. This role provides administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and delivery teams across technology projects, ensuring activities, documentation, and reporting are well managed.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Track actions, risks, and issues (RAID)
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and stakeholder communications
- Assist with financial tracking (timesheets, invoicing, budgets)
- Ensure adherence to project governance and processes
About You
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in a Project Admin/Coordinator role
- Exposure to IT or technology projects
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Kimble, Jira, or MS Project
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall delivery
