About the Opportunity
This position involves acting as the central coordination point for technical and business-led projects, ensuring project deliverables and stakeholder needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project delivery
- Manage full project life cycle including scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, and post-implementation support
- Own project governance, including detailed plans, risk management, reporting, and budget control
- Conduct business impact assessments and communicate project briefings to stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope, resources, and timing
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Support the Deployment team with reporting tasks
About You
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously to fixed deadlines
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to quickly assimilate and convey new information
- Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) is an advantage
- Experience with third party/supplier management
- Experience in producing high-quality project documentation
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams internally and externally
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and reliability
- Experience engaging with people across diverse backgrounds
