Introduced in 2003, the Graduate of the Year Awards recognises rising talent within project management and also increase awareness of the high quality and standards of IPMA® qualification and certification.

The winners are recognised every year with the aim to stimulate emerging, talented project managers in measuring themselves in an excellent context.
