About the Role:

Enso Recruitment is seeking a skilled Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Manager on behalf of our client. This is an opportunity to be a part of a high level global management company, with a focus on transformation and change. It is a contract role, which will last 12-18 months with the opportunity to extend afterwards. This opportunity is a part of a dynamic Treasury team, providing the right candidate with responsibilities and opportunities to collaborate across various business areas. The day rate is from €500-750 per-day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the subject matter expert on liquidity issues.
* Contribute to the ILAAP.
* Maintain and manage the Early Warning Indicators dashboard.
* Oversee and evaluate liquidity stress testing procedures.
* Manage the HQLA securities portfolio
* Own and manage various recovery options.
* Manage foreign exchange exposures in a multicurrency balance sheet
* Supervise monthly sensitivity analyses related to Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book.
* Oversee net interest income and net interest margin, including deposit pricing strategies.
* Fulfil secretarial duties for the monthly Asset Liability Management Committee, ensuring reporting is concise, accurate, and timely.

Experience/Qualifications:

* 5+ years of treasury experience in a banking environment.
* A third-level qualification in a relevant field

Skills:

* Strong internal customer focus.
* Strong compliance and procedural focus.
