Responsibilities

• Promote Mace's value of safety first
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place
• Manage project budgets and highlight risks, challenges, and mitigations
• Manage design and wider consultant teams
• Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders

About You

You will possess technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio. You will promote a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the people in your team.

Eligibility

More than 10 years’ experience in Irish property market. Recognised degree in property economics/surveying and be a chartered surveyor. Must complete “The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme”.

You’ll Also Have:

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
• Extensive experience in successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the metro/rail sector
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations in projects
