Responsibilities

• Cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception to site delivery and commissioning phase
• Manage and deliver capital investment projects
• Act as the key day-to-day client interface
• Lead project management commissions
• Contribute to the overall operational running of the AECOM project management team
• Planning, directing, and supervising operations in moderately sized projects
• Recent experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7
• Sector: Healthcare & education projects

About You

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within primary healthcare and educational markets and possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
• In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either SCSI/RICS/CIOB/RIBA/EI
• APM affiliation is a benefit
