Audit Assistant Manager (Financial Services) – Cork, Ireland

Meraki Talent's well-known Top 10 practice client is actively seeking an Audit Assistant Manager focused on FS clients to join their team.

The Location

Cork is a vibrant, welcoming city, with loads of expats. It offers rich arts and performance background history and the beautiful Irish countryside is only a short travel away.

The Role

This truly varied team is looking to grow significantly in all divisions of their practice. An organisation that promotes within, they are looking for an qualified auditor to join their more than 2000 strong work force. You will get to work on a challenging, evolving, and diverse client portfolio, while developing yourself and your team professionally.

* Liaise with senior stakeholders including, managers, directors and partners
* Build strong client relationships, face-to-face, virtually and over the phone
* Supervise and manager the junior members of staff
* Ensure deadlines are met to an efficient standard as set out by the client and the firm
* Expand the current portfolio through networking and the aid of your colleagues
* Represent the firm through external events

The Requirements

* A university degree in a relevant field
* Full accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA etc.)
* 5+ years external audit experience within financial services
* Fluent in English
* Excellent communication skills
