Commercial Project Manager

About the Opportunity

The Commercial Project Manager will play a pivotal role in executing Munters’ key transformation programs, focusing on the global Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) initiative. This includes implementing a unified ERP platform (IFS Cloud) and harmonizing global processes across all Data Centers Technology regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commercial workstreams, sales, and service for timely, high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with super users, local process owners, and application specialists for cross-functional alignment
• Act as an escalation point for project-related issues
• Thoroughly document functionality, process developments, and future business requirements
• Promote change and support transformation and implementation of solutions

About You

The ideal candidate has experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, and global process harmonization. Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills are essential.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on transformation initiatives. Advanced leadership training in program management preferred.
