About the Opportunity
PM Group is seeking a Construction Project Director to join our team. This senior role involves overseeing all aspects of Construction Project delivery in various locations across Ireland and Western Europe.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for assigned Construction Project/s delivery.
- Assist with strategy and input to construction aspects of proposals.
- Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policy.
- Communicate effectively between construction site(s) and home office.
- Establish construction execution strategies/plans.
- Review project construction performance with customers.
- Ensure projects align with safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
- Manage resource plans and team performance.

Qualifications
Requirements for the role include:
- Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors.
- Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
