Construction Project Director

About the Opportunity

PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm with a team of 3,300+ people. We are world leaders in the pharma, food, medtech and mission critical sectors. To strengthen our capability, we are looking for a Construction Project Director who will play a central role in all aspects of Construction Project delivery.

The role is senior, client-facing, requiring the ability to inspire confidence from the taking of a client brief through proposal preparation and onto construction delivery. This a hybrid role and can be based in Ireland, Belgium, Germany, or Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for assigned Construction Project/s delivery
• Assist with strategy and input to the construction aspects of proposals within assigned responsibilities
• Ensure implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policy
• Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination
• Contribute to the development of Digital Project Delivery
• Manage resource plans and oversee project reports

Eligibility

Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors. Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable. 10+ years of professional experience required.
