About the Opportunity
A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of upcoming projects in Cork. These span a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, life sciences, food & beverage, and commercial. This is a long-term role offering strong career progression within a well-established company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the on-site construction team, driving performance and project delivery.
- Plan works and ensure alignment with the contract programme and milestones.
- Maintain a strong focus on health & safety culture and compliance.
- Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed across all stages of the project.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage procurement and subcontractor appointments in line with project timelines.
- Support commercial teams to ensure cost control and forecasting.
- Attend and contribute to project progress and client meetings.
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions.
Eligibility
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

- Salary: €90,000 – €105,000 (DOE)
