Join us as a Consumer Propositions Specialist

This is a key role within the Consumer team, reporting into the Segment manager. The role will manage the overall proposition portfolio with a focus on proposition design, initiation and shaping. This includes propositions like Roaming. The core function of the Consumer Proposition Specialist will be ownership of overall margin and revenue KPIs for the specific Segment and specific propositions.

Central to this role will be defining and shaping the overall acquisition and trading strategy for the relevant propositions & segment with the support of the Segment Manager. Close monitoring of revenue, margin and base performance is also required with preparation of remedial action where variances are identified. This will also require knowledge of the customer journeys and experience to steer commercial opportunities and improvements. This role will cover propositions that are available for both our Contract and Prepay customers.

What else it involves

* Manage the proposition portfolio and roadmap with responsibility for the proposition initiation, shaping, governance approval and end to end implementation.
* Ownership and delivery of revenue and margin targets to include responsibility for delivery of both acquisition and margin targets.
* Contribute to the overall proposition strategy and performance by identifying market opportunities, key activities/responses, and potential areas of development/improvement on an ongoing basis.
* Be an explorer looking for new ideas, thinking about the customer & constantly looking at the Telco & related markets here and across the world.
* Commercially astute – ability to spot opportunities that will help us achieve short- and long-term financial aims and KPIs.
* With support from the relevant stakeholders, produce timely and adequate operational plans for the relevant segment, focused on delivery of the segment revenue and margin target.
* With support from the Insight specialist, develop core insights for the prepay segments understanding needs, behaviours and triggers required for proposition development.
* Keep abreast of the relevant segment activity in the market and in the organisation in order to help improve the performance of the segment and to assist in continual development of propositions to effectively acquire and retain relevant customers.
* Identify market threats and take appropriate action to protect the base and revenue.
* Develop the appropriate cross functionalrelationships and teams to drive alignment and optimal results. For example this could include linkage with Wholesale on Roaming Margin Initiatives
* Contribute to the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting activity across core and non-core customer propositions.
* Provide timely and adequate management reporting to ensure that performance across propositions is visible and in line with revenue, margin, and base targets.
* Ensure on-going, effective cross-functional engagement to deliver agreed KPIs for Propositions.
* Ensure that all propositions developed are positively contributing to Customer Satisfaction Targets in line with nearest competitor.
* Address the needs of the wider stakeholders in the company, through ongoing communication and interaction
* Be passionate about the customer experience and work with the cross functional team to build out your thinking.
* Think holistically about your segment and how this adds value to the wider Three customer offer.

* Proven and relevant experience in a large consumer focused, face paced organisation with a successful track record of proposition development and delivery in a multi-segment & multi-channel environment.
* Great commercial instincts
* Strong influencing skills to input into both the medium- and longer-term strategy of the business.
* Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of data and problem-solving capability with a proven track record of developing viable solutions to business concerns based on robust evaluation.
* Passionate about excellent Customer Experience
* High Energy person with a proven track record of operating in a dynamic, demanding & customer centric environment.
