Contracts Director

Exciting opportunity for a Contracts Director to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Cork. With a mixture of residential, commercial, and school projects nationwide, this role offers a unique chance to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Contracts team.
* Oversee the successful delivery of residential, commercial, and school projects.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Monitor project performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
* Manage risk across all projects.
* Mentor and develop team members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Director or similar role.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Irish or UK Experience working on large scale projects.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* €150k - €160k + DOE
