About the Opportunity

Position: CRM Project Manager / Business Consultant (Market Lead)

Location: Fully remote (with travel across Europe)

Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)

Rate: Up to €300/day

Summary

We’re partnering with a global innovator in the mobility and technology sector to find a CRM Project Manager / Market Lead to support their digital Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role that combines business and technical assessments, project management, and CRM implementation oversight — including chatbot functionality within CRM systems.

About the Role

As the Market Lead, you’ll bridge the central project team and regional stakeholders, ensuring CRM initiatives and digital CX projects are delivered successfully. You’ll conduct business and technical assessments, prioritise requirements, and coordinate across markets, helping shape and drive adoption of CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, defining objectives, scope, stakeholders, budget, and timelines
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities
• Perform business and technical assessments for CRM initiatives, including chatbot integration within CRM platforms
• Prioritize business requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Conduct market and scenario assessments across National Service Centers (NSCs)
• Travel across Europe to engage with NSCs and stakeholders as required
• Drive overall CRM project delivery, ensuring alignment and adoption across regions

Key Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in project management or business consulting, ideally with a business administration background
• Proven experience managing CRM projects (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Experience with chatbot or digital CX initiatives within CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Structured, organised, and proactive approach to project management
• Comfortable traveling internationally as required by project needs
