You’ll be ensuring the company websites are secure, user-friendly, and drive business goals.

You'll lead a team of web professionals, manage projects, and collaborate across departments to keep in keeping with the digital strategy.

What You'll Do:

* Oversee website development, security, maintenance, and optimization across various platforms (AEM, WordPress)
* Manage website updates, analyze user data, and recommend improvements
* Lead a team, set goals, and foster a collaborative work environment
* Partner with stakeholders to align website initiatives with business objectives
* Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
* Work closely with various teams to ensure all assets are secure

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong technical background in website management, SEO, security compliance, etc.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with AEM or similar, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Media, Algolia
* Understanding and experienced with integrated operations and third-party partnerships
