Responsibilities

• Define and drive digital project strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and clients’ strategic objectives
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, including platform designs and business intelligence development
• Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders
• Act as a client-side advisor and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource management
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all digital deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time
• Evaluate project outcomes and processes, implementing improvements for future initiatives

About You

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects is required. Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, along with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications is essential.

Eligibility

Desirable skills and accreditations include Microsoft certifications and local security clearances to work with defense organizations.
