Director of Channel Partnerships - Europe & Middle East

Location: Dublin or Dubai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join Procore as the Director of Channel Partnerships for Europe & Middle East. This role will dual-line report directly to the Head of Global Channel Partnerships and the GM of EMEA sales for Procore. This role will be responsible for developing and executing Procore’s channel strategy across the Europe and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful channel partner ecosystems within the SaaS industry, particularly in Europe and the Middle East markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute Procore’s channel strategy for Europe and Middle East, focusing on building a scalable and sustainable channel partner ecosystem.
* Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic channel partners, including resellers, VARs, system integrators, and consultants.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
* Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, certification processes, and sales support resources.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with Procore’s values, objectives, and standards.
* Drive a growth mindset around the partner ecosystem, continuously evaluating and optimizing partner performance and engagement.
* Work closely with global channel leadership to ensure alignment with Procore’s global partner program while addressing regional business needs and opportunities.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel performance, including pipeline development, revenue generation, and partner satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in channel partnerships or business development roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on Europe and Middle East markets.
* Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel partner ecosystems, driving significant revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities, particularly within the Europe and Middle East regions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with broader business objectives.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI from channel partnerships.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
