About the Opportunity

Role: Engineering Project Coordinator III
Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Compensation: USD 65–80 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collect hardware allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation across multiple programs
• Manage concurrent hardware programs across teams and time zones
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues

About You

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Background in consumer electronics or hardware development environments
Experience working with domestic and international vendors
Strong proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and global time zones
Excellent organizational and communication skills
