About the Opportunity

Role: Engineering Project Coordinator III
Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Compensation: USD 50-70 per hour

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Program Managers to support hardware delivery milestones
• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial coordination
• Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate closely with Logistics teams to ensure timely shipping
• Maintain detailed program tracking documentation across multiple initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and domestic/international vendors

About You

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Experience supporting hardware development programs (consumer electronics preferred)
Experience working with domestic and international vendors
Advanced proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and tracking tools
Experience supporting budget management and procurement processes
Strong coordination skills across teams, time zones, and external partners
Excellent organizational and communication skills
