European FP & A Manager Cash Flow

We are currently looking for a European FP &A Manager-Cash Flow who will be responsible for delivering European Cash Flow and submitting the European Balance Sheet to US. This role involves educating and enhancing visibility across our European organization regarding various decisions related to cash management. Additionally, it requires someone who is curious, enjoys project management, and is passionate about process improvements. This is an opportunity to influence director stakeholders daily and present to European CFO monthly.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

* Cash Flow Budgets – Build European cash flow budget with clearly identified levers, cascade targets and drive connection across the organization to deliver target.
* Opportunities And Risk - Manage a live view of both opportunities and risks by connecting P &L and balance sheet movements to cash flow impact and pressure test roll-up.
* Cash Flow Visibility - Raise cash flow visibility using technology and enhance the ability of cross-functional stakeholders to identify how to influence cash flow.
* Transformation - Contribute to the transformation of our European Finance function by critically reviewing processes, reporting, and tools with an aim to deliver improved accuracy of financial performance.
* Reports - Deliver month/quarter end reporting accurately and in a timely manner including the review of key financial controls.

We’re Looking for Someone With

* Previous experience in Accounting and Finance positions
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
* The ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities.
