Facilities Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Turner & Townsend helps deliver outcomes through transformational programmes covering consultancy, project delivery, and post-project operations globally.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project delivery in terms of schedule, cost, variations, and risks
  • Develop and execute Project Execution Plan
  • Coordinate project activities and manage design consultants
  • Maintain project risk register and update regularly
  • Implement performance management techniques

About You

Minimum 10 years experience in Construction/Infrastructure sector with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts, Engineering and Project Management Principles, and Oracle Primavera 6 scheduling system.

Eligibility

  • Experience in live airport sites and client project management
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering projects within budget and timelines
