About the Opportunity

Finance Business Project Manager – Medical Device Manufacturing 📍 Athenry, Ireland | 🕒 12-Month Contract | We’re seeking a highly experienced Finance Business Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation within a dynamic factory/manufacturing environment. This is a senior-level role requiring deep financial expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in medical device operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the business side of a large-scale ERP transformation project, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, testing, and post-release activities across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and regulatory functions
• Develop integrated roadmaps, training plans, and communication strategies to ensure smooth project delivery
• Facilitate workshops, manage risks, and resolve cross-functional issues with diplomacy and precision
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and quality management systems
• Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder engagement

About You

Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance and ERP systems. Proven success managing complex transformation projects in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment. Expertise in Oracle Fusion, Siemens, Jamstar, SharePoint, and ERP modules related to materials and supply chain. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across departments including Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and IT. Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management are highly desirable. Full-time availability and ability to work fully onsite in Athenry – no part-time or multi-client arrangements accepted.
