The Finance Project Manager will play a pivotal role in executing Munters’ key transformation programs, with an initial focus on the global Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) initiative.
Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating the finance workstream to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The role also serves as an escalation point for project related issues, ensuring appropriate support is provided when needed.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably in ERP implementations and global process harmonization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key for coordinating workstream activities and driving alignment across regions.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant field. 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on large-scale transformation initiatives across complex organizational environments.
The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland or Italy. International travel is required, and up to 30% travel is expected.
