Finance Project Manager

Job Description

We're seeking a Finance Controller / Project Manager to provide crucial support to our Medical Affairs Clients. Your role involves overseeing the planning, tracking, and reporting of various financial activities related to projects including budgeting, PO management, reporting, analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage key brand projects, including creating project registers and dashboards.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
* Lead post-implementation activities for budget approvals.
* Identify areas for process or technology improvements.
* Validate spending and forecast budgets accurately.
* Coordinate reporting with metrics and analysis for stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life science, finance or business management.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written.
* 5+ years of finance / project management experience, within a large complex organisation
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Budget management and forecasting experience.
* Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.

What’s Offered:

* 12-month contract with potential for extension.
* Day rate up to €470 (depending on experience).
