About the Opportunity

Project Manager

Location: Based in Ireland, ideally near Cork or Dublin

Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 + Progression + Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + 33 Days Holiday + Enhanced Pension

Are you a commercially astute Project Manager with a background in finance, budgeting, or cost control, looking to join a global organisation with fast-track progression and flexible working? This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic finance initiatives across multiple business units, supporting operational excellence and long-term growth. The company has gone from strength to strength over the 75 years they have been in business, now operating in over 30 countries worldwide. They are seeking a Project Manager with experience overseeing large-scale projects from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact financial projects across planning, reporting, and controls
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align budgets and forecasts
  • Drive compliance, audit readiness, and financial transparency
  • Travel (~30%) for cross-border finance initiative

About You

The Person:

  • Experience managing finance-focused projects in complex environments
  • Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
