Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills to join our team as a Food Dudes Project Coordinator. This role will involve supporting a regional, remote working team of project managers in the implementation of the Food Dudes Healthy Eating Programme. The ideal candidate should possess strong initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
We are looking for a project coordinator to cover the Midlands region spanning Carlow, Laois and Kildare.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers to support the successful implementation of the Food Dudes Healthy Eating Programme.
* Provide administrative assistance and coordination support to a regional team of project managers working remotely.
* Coordinate logistics for events and activities related to the initiative.
* Utilize previous Excel experience and existing Excel skills to generate reports and perform data reconciliation.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of project-related data and documentation.
* Support the team in meeting reporting requirements by collecting, analyzing, and presenting relevant information.
* Maintain organised records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new approaches and pilot activities within the initiative.
* Research and propose innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the initiative.
* Support the implementation of communications and awareness-raising activities about the initiative with multiple audiences and multiple channels.
* Support remote managers with programme implementation as required, including teacher training and school events.
Preferred Skills:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or project support role.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for reporting and data analysis.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Health or a similar field.
* Previous experience in supporting remote teams is a plus.
* Previous experience or qualification related to health promotion is an advantage
