Graduate Asset Manager

Location: Dublin City Centre

Hybrid: Yes

Salary: up to 40k basic

My client is a leading property asset manager based in Dublin 2. They are looking to hire a strong candidate with an interest in property. This role will interact with the investment team underwriting new opportunities, the asset and development management teams implementing the strategy on acquired properties and see the deals all the way through to sale.

Responsibilities will include:

* Work alongside senior asset and development managers to track and monitor business plan progress
* Engage with third-party property managers and operating partners to ensure timely reporting and accuracy of same
* Assist with the preparation of monthly reports across the business
* Interact with the Investments team
* Ensure all reporting obligations and/or asset management initiatives are completed as required

Ideal Candidate:

* University graduate with some office experience
* Strong excel skills, strong financial acumen and an interest in and understanding of property.
* Good communication skills
* Very organised and keen to learn.
