Graduate Project Coordinator – FemFuelzReady to bring structure, clarity, and forward planning to a fast-growing wellness brand? FemFuelz is looking for a Graduate Project Coordinator to help manage the moving parts of our business — from product launches and events to stock planning, timelines, and internal systems.
As a startup operating in a fast-paced, trend-driven industry, we need someone who thrives on organisation, thinks ahead, and stays calm under pressure. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for a graduate who loves planning, systems, and making teams more efficient.
📍 Limerick, Ireland (Hybrid working available)
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects across the business, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables stay on track
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts for product launches, events, and campaigns
- Coordinate launch schedules, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared well in advance
- Support stock planning and coordination, tracking timelines, deliveries, and internal updates
- Maintain and update trackers, planning documents, and internal systems using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Act as a central point of coordination, keeping communication clear and organised across teams
- Anticipate risks or delays and flag issues early, offering practical solutions
- Support reactive planning in response to trends, industry shifts, and fast-moving priorities
About You
The ideal candidate:
- A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and structured in how you work
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines at once
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, and basic forecasting
- Confident working with Gantt charts or eager to quickly learn
- Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to plan ahead while remaining flexible
- Calm and capable under pressure — you can handle high-stress situations in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects
