2K Games is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our Dublin team for an 18 month fixed term contract.
This role provides high quality HR support for all employees in Ireland (approx. 180) including onboarding, HR policy implementation, HRIS, payroll and benefits administration and reporting. You will partner with the global HR Ops team to ensure consistency across the organization and will be actively involved with a number of exciting HR projects, collaborating with colleagues locally and internationally.
This role also supports our two incredible graduate programmes including graduate fair coordination and attendance, travel and accommodation coordination, performance management administration and general admin support.
You will report to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner and work closely with our Graduate Programme Managers, Office Manager, IT, Workplace Services and all employees at all levels across the organization. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday based from our amazing office overlooking the beautiful Iveagh Gardens in the heart of Dublin City. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
What You Will Do
Graduate Programme
* Supports the development and implementation of a university engagement strategy.
* Creates strong partnerships with societies and groups (e.g. women in gaming, stem) to build the 2K brand, including coordinating events / office tours with these groups.
* Coordinates and attends local and international graduate fairs.
* Provides administrative support for regular performance feedback processes including creating metrics.
* Provide assistance with international graduate rotations including visa initiation with our Immigration team, travel advice and coordination and general enquiries.
* Perform an array of administrative tasks for the graduate programs including travel and accommodation booking, meeting room bookings, PO’s & expenses, restaurant and catering bookings, creating metrics and reports.
* An aspect of manual handling may be required.
* Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and initiatives.
Human Resources
* Provide day to day HR support and advice to employees and managers including resolving employee queries, benefits, payroll and ensuring all practices and advice is inline with HR policies.
* Administration of HR policies, processes and procedures; makes recommendations for improvements and changes and assists in development and implementation of policies.
* Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating new hire orientation.
* Payroll administration, working closely with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate management of any discrepancies.
* Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives.
* Create and manage various HR reports and metrics.

* Demonstrated experience as an HR Assistant, Graduate Coordinator or similar role.
* Experience with Workday, MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and an ATS (Greenhouse) is an asset.
* Experience in payroll administration is an asset.
* Working knowledge of Irish employment law.
