HVAC Project Manager – Construction

The Client

Our client is a leading international mechanical & electrical provider specialising in turnkey packages in design, supply, and installation. Based in Limerick you will work with some of the world’s largest multinational companies and with the goal to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities.

* Serve as the primary contact during the design, manufacture, and site delivery phases of large assigned projects.
* Manages day-to-day aspects of all assigned projects
* Manages day-to-day client interactions
* Preparing and maintaining PM records and documentation for each project
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
* Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with approved specifications and contract terms and conditions.
* Assist in liaison between project stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

* Qualification in project management, related field or equivalent experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
* Experience in managing HVAC or Building Services Project from start to finish.
